Coconut Oats with Cinnamon & Sweet Potato
GF, V, Dairy Free, Low Sugar
Here’s what you'll need:
1/2 cup gf oats
1/2 cup steamed sweet potatoes, cubed
1 cup water (or dairy free milk)
1 T unswtd. shredded coconut
1 tsp. tocos (tocotrienols, from Sun Potion)
a few dashes of cinnamon
a pinch of pink salt
nut or seed butter (I used Sun Butter)
Here’s what you do:
Add all ingredients to a small pot and cook the oats over medium heat until light & fluffy (about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally). Top with steamed sweet potatoes, organic blackberries, cacao nibs & coconut flakes. Drizzle with organic Sun Butter... and add extra cinnamon on top, always. Enjoy!
